Justin Bieber was one of the few musicians that The American Cancer Society added to its Birthday Campaign. Justin said, “Hopefully me singing Happy Birthday to people through this effort will make them smile.” Adorable! Joining Justin Bieber are Jack Johnson, Colbie Caillat, Maroon 5, and other artists who did their own versions of Happy Birthday.
